About Healing Hand.
Healing Hand is a nonprofit organisation helping to change the lives of local children based in Kenema, Eastern Province, Sierra Leone.
Our Mission is to provide every child in Sierra Leone with a fair and equal chance of being successful within their academics. We believe that this can be achieved with free access to all the necessary school materials, such as textbooks, notebooks, pens, pencils, notepads, rulers etc. But, also in the right environment that’s why one of our objectives is to help renovate classrooms and schools, build toilets and provide every school with access to clean drinking water. Providing the children and teachers with adequate space, a safe and comfortable environment, this will both help the student and the teacher reach their uncapped potentials.
It is manged by Soraia Da Cunha Jeronimo who helped one another turn a dream into a reality.
Our Goal is to help provide every child in Sierra Leone with quality education.

Healing Hand is an organisation which was established in January 2019 by Soraia Da Cunha Jeronimo. With the help of her partners Sahr Williams and Luseni Brima, the three created an organisation whose mission is to provide every child in Sierra Leone with a fair chance in succeeding academically.
Healing Hand is presently funded by it’s Founder & Director, Soraia Da Cunha Jeronimo.

Healing Hand is currently working in Kenema, Sierra Leone. Our primary role is to support locals schools by providing the children and the teachers with a quality learning environment. Since Healing Hand began we have successfully supported 991 school children.
